Jilin Province Will Hold a Job Fair in Beijing

In order to solve the problem of talent shortage of key enterprises and institutions, the province plans to hold a large-scale job fair in Beijing at the end of July. At that time, employers will provide high-paying jobs to recruit talents in short supply. The average salary of general jobs to be offered at this job fair will be no less than RMB 10,000.


This recruitment of talents in short supply, themed with “revitalizing Jilin ? talents first”, will be held at the Asia Hotel in Beijing on July 29. 70 booths will be established on site, a policy and information release area will be set and the recruitment information of 109 high-quality enterprises in Jilin Province will be released at the job fair. All localities and departments in the province will combine with the local industrial structure, organize enterprises and institutions with certain competitiveness and potential, and provide competitive positions in various aspects such as good development prospects, excellent salary and a good working environment. Relevant departments will conduct strict verification of the information of the participating positions to ensure the quality and authenticity of the positions. Participating units need to fill out the “Application Form for Talent Recruitment Requirements”, and the provincial talent exchange development center will review all the positions.


In order to attract more high-level talents to help the revitalization of the northeast, the province has recently issued a series of preferential policies to encourage talents to settle down, including supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, liberalizing talent pay restrictions, and giving subsidies for settling down. High-level talents at home and abroad introduced in Jilin can receive a subsidy of up to RMB 2 million.
